I'm new to developping, i always just bought and sold domains but i thought it was about time i started a little project myself. I caught the domain cybercriminals.info wich just screams for development so i putted a forum on it, check it out at http://www.cybercriminals.info Now my question is, how do i get people to post upthere, i wouldn't post on an empty forum myself.

There are a few problems. One is that your domain name is a .info Now not to put you down, but as you might notice, .info is not something that is taken seriously yet. Don't let this stop you though, if you have enough interesting content and a good community, it shouldn't matter. I'm just saying that this will make it more difficult. Also, I don't cyber criminals is something that might get some interest. But it's not as interesting as say Mac Forums, or a Coding Forum. But who knows, it could still be a success. I wish you luck!
