    How do i get paid if i changed my payout option to direct transfer to a bank i verified my bank, now whats the next step? my adsense has over 100$ sitting in it.

    You can go to your adsense account and claim for your $ 100 income.

    You'll to wait a few weeks for your payment to be processed, I think google processes EBTs after they process checks.
