How do I get my .swf videos on YouTube?

    I have a set of .swf video files and I'd like to get these videos on YouTube.
    Unfortately, YouTube won't accept .swf files.

    I assume I'll have to convert them to a format YT does accept, and now I'm looking for a way to do it (preferrably free)

    Tips are welcome
