How do I get my Hubpages pages to rank?

I want my hubs to get a Page Rank what can I do just link to them from my blog and random comments with them?

Get some more link backs to your hubpage by creating few pages in other web2.0 property sites like blogger, tumblr, live journal, vivit etc.,
