How do I get my categories to show up?

I have just installed wp on my blog http://www.lcd-enclosure.us/?p=15 but I want the url to display the category as below, but how do I do it????

http://www.lcd-enclosure.us/Outdoor-digital-signage/post name

Can anyone help me with this please.

 

change the permalink structure to

/%category%/%postname%/
