how do i get more links?

hi was wondering if there are any good tips or tricks on building links for a website? computer repair site?

Easy way is to write articles and then submit to different article directories

It never hurts to join a forum and get involved. In many forums you can use a signature at the bottom of each post in which you can insert a link back to your site.

 

Angilina is right...submiting your articles in defferent article directories means you get some one-way links. They're are mo profitable if compare with backlinks...

 

Articles are best way. Forum links are good for traffic if you get some. They do not help with Serp results for pages in google that much.

 

you sites are already got very high PR. how higher you want it to be? and what is your goal by getting more backlink?

 

My Friend, do we use backlinks only for PR ? Have you seen webs with low PR in TOP10? Pr means not so much

Depending on the level of competition your keywords have should really determine how you get new links.

I suggest 'link bait.' It works best, and creates lasting results. What I do is scour the forums which are related to my site for a theme. You know, something that people are always asking about. A hot topic, or a topic that is confusing and needs explanation.

Then I write 3 - 5 articles regarding that topic. I post those articles on my site as well as submit them to a few major Article Directories, linking back to the page which I want to get ranking.

Once that's done, I set up Google Alerts for blogs related to those terms and go back to the forums looking for posts related to those articles.

I post on the forums, answering the thread poster's question, and then linking back to my article for more information. Same thing for blogs.

If you've written something worth reading, eventually, you'll start getting natural links to the page. Internally link the page back to the articles back to the pages you want ranking, PR sculpting using the rel=nofollow wherever makes sense, and grab a boost in ranking.
