Try submitting to blog directories like Technorati and Blog catalog. From there join some of the groups and post your link to your blog. Thus, when you go to their blog, they will come to you'res also. I have tried this and have recieved around 100 visits from it when i did it.

Check out Twingly.com/partners and see if there is a newspaper that is from your country. You get a loooot of visitors if you use Twingly. Twingly adds your blog under news that has been posted. A page that uses this is for example vg.no 2. Post on others blog, and leave a link to your website. 3. Follow people on twitter. 4. Put your link on Facebook. 5. Tell your friends about the blog. A lot of great advice here. Definitely submit to social bookmarking sites like Digg, Delicious, StumbleUpon, Reddit and all the others. I suggest get the ShareThis plugin for your blog as it offers plenty of venues to share your blog. Content is king though. Best, -SpotZero

Wow, I see some really good tips and some really bad tips. To get things going, start commenting on other blogs. The more blogs the better. Most bloggers feel they must comment on blogs that commented on theirs. Leverage this feeling in a big way by commenting on as many blog as you can. The most important thing with blog commenting is leave real comments. If you leave dumb comments like "nice post" they will not come to your blog and most likely delete your comment.
Content is King! And keeping your visitors/readers updated with the latest buzz in your niche not only helps to boost your traffic, but keeps them coming back.
