    By getting inbound links that are related to your site. Submit to directories, etc..

    you can submit your site from - http://search.yahoo.com/info/submit.html

    Submit your web sites to quality directories & do article submissions.

    If you have some more money to spend do yahoo paid dir submissions.

    Use meta tags on your website, then bots will visit and eventually in 3-4 months it will be listed. You never know...
