Google: 0 Yahoo: 1026 Altavista: 1660 Alltheweb: 1640 Average 1,082 backlinks That was the result of myneral.com at DomainPageRank.com Why is google showing '0' while others have 1000+ ? Can someone help me abt it ?
There could be a few reasons for this sometimes this may happen when google is updating their links, and this could also happen if google views all of your backlinks as spam. I'm not sure what type of backlinks you have but you should consider getting some backlinks from different sources. Article submissions, blog postings, press release distribution, and directory submissions. If you build high quality backlinks google will count them.
Oh I'm newbie, I don't know much about SEO thing @kingofsanda Thanks, I've just started blog commenting today
How old is your site? It just takes time, patience, good quality content and continuous link building.
Sometimes Google takes time to update the link stats If you do link:www (dot) yourdomain name then what do you get?
the same as without www as my httaccess is set to redirect all www to without www. My site was a PR3 few months ago but since I changed it to myneral.com (without www) it become PR0 and Google shows 0 backlink
Dont look at your Google links unless you are in the Webmaster Console. The normal link: www. domain.com is useless in Google. Use Yahoo link: www. domain.com (except from this domain)
google updates the backlinks seen by the "link:" command from time to time.Give it some time.since it is in your signature you'll at least get some backlinks from this forum.
If you want to see (most) of your backlinks in Google, register with Google webmaster tools and view the backlinks there. The link-command in Google has intentionally been made all but useless.
if your site is new then google may not have updated their links to be visible yet... this could take up to three months... just be patient and keep working hard on your site
Google is doing something I used to have links listed and now they have all gone away and I have not changed anything.
nope, its not new, its more than a year.. But I used to jump my site from a CMS to another CMS.. Nway, thanks guys for sharing your opinion.
try to get links from your theem related sites with some PR and do lots of directory submission and blog posting along with the forum postings.
When do you start your link building campaign? Maybe google just finished updating before you start your link building campaign. So, you should wait for next update.
