How do I get it moving?

    My blog site has been up and running for a few weeks now. Traffic is slow but I do get some - especially from here (thanks DPers!:) ) and more since I joined Blog Explosion.

    However, conversion rate is low. Can you guys give me some pointers on how I should go about developing it?

    content, meet new people in chat rooms - add them 2 your IM contact list and use them as a word of mouth source of advertising.

    Content is ongoing so I'm on the right track with that. I'm also working on the word of mouth thing.
