How Do I get Into the Google Directory?

    My business comes in the #2 natural rankings for a regular google search...but is no where to be found in the google directory....How do I get into it? Does it cost?

    Google directory uses DMOZ, so there is no way how to get there unless you get approved by editor. Dmoz does not have paid listings.

    As Jan said, they pull results from the DMOZ.

    You need to get into DMOZ to be listed there. Good luck getting in there ;)

    DMOZ is indeed the answer, and can be quite difficult to get into

    You must wait for your approval in dmoz.org. Google uses dmoz data in their directory.
