How do i get google maps API Key

    I am looking for how I can get the google maps api key so i can add a map to my website. It seems they have changed the way you get the key and i can seem to find out where i can get it from off their website.

    Can anyone help me with this?

    Hi,
    I found out that to obtain the api key You must visit this address(i can't post link yet): code.google.com/apis/console than log in with your google account and activate google maps api v3 service(in left hand menu: Services)

    You are also still able to use v2 if you've got scripts still using it but it's recommended that you migrate to v3.

    google loader no longer requires key. you no need to change if yu are already using one. yu may remove the key parameter from your request

    So what should i do if my script want me to put in a Google API code?
