How do i get backlink from social bookmarking?

I am new one to SEO and i have read from forums that social bookmarking is one way to get traffic to my site so i want to know about social bookmarking and how i will get backlinks from it....

 

You can summit your links and title to the social bookmarking,maybe you can get backlink from it.

 

Try out filter first the sites that use "dofollow" attribute.

 

Most social bookmarking sites are nofollow. You better focus on the dofollow bookmarking sites.

 

Bohol is right, most social bookmarking sites are nofollow and I doubt that even the dofollow ones carry much pr juice if at all.

 

I think you should start with few big social bookmarking websites.

Submission on them are easy and you will be able to see improvement in traffic as well.
