Just as the title says. I am using the Autoblogged plugin for a few blogs, but want to show the whole article. Is there a way to do this? If not, is there another free or cheap plugin that can do this? Any help is greatly appreciated...
If you are pulling feeds that you have no control over, such as from other sources and websites, you can only display what the webmaster has the feeds set at. Many websites (such as all of mine for just this reason) have their feeds set to only display excerpts, so there is nothing you can do to override those settings.
Hmm...that's not what I wanted to hear. I had heard awhile back that the creators of Autoblogged were supposed to offer something that would pull the whole article. Maybe I was hallucinating...
I wouldn't know anything about that. I just don't see how they would over ride my settings to only show excerpts via RSS. If the information is not there, where would they pull it from, unless they somehow have found a way to invade my site and scan the contents..that would piss off a lot of people and we would all just turn off the feed. Besides, if you are pulling and displaying full articles from other sources without permission, doesn't that go from autoblogging to just plain content scrapping ?
