how do i get a subject title in an email from a link?

when i link text to an email with "mailto:"

how do i get a subject title on there?

for example here... http://studio9designs.org/exceedingc...s/contact.html

when you click on elizabeth hazelton it pops up an email but i need a text in the subject of the email.

how do i do that?

Personally I hate those kind of links, I don't use a mail client on my computer so it tries to open useless stuff, might want to consider that. (read: add the email for easy copy pasting)
