It would appear that some good due diligence before dealing with another DP member would also be to do a search for their name and see what is currently been posted about them. Looks like this guy would have enough negative stuff posted now to scare off any further victims (well at least you would think so!).

I've been doing business here on DP for some time now and to tell you the truth I hardly ever check up on the people I'm conducting business with. Why? I really don't know, but that's the way it is.

Many people here on DP are the same. We trust people and end up getting burned.

I checked his iTrader and because Sundaybrew had so much green, I just went along with thinking he's okay.

He gave me his MSN address and we got talking which assured me further. The bad bit comes when you ask for a refund for the shoddy products he presents. He then looses all interest and runs with your money.

In my eyes, as a DP member for several years, the MODS, voulenteers or not, should be accounting for his scamming and should make at least a gesture towards him about banning.

Right now - nothing is happening to my knowledge which leaves innocent DPers like me to grovel and moan about his scamming which he is blissfully getting away with.

ANYONE who takes your money and does not refund it is a scammer. He did this with the cheek to block and ignore me, which has angered me to make this thread right here. Because DP offers a marketplace for these people, to me - it looks like they should at least look at why he is able to do such things without any immediate consequences.

I feel sorry for everone scammed by this jerk and need to know how to get him removed from this forum... for GOOD!

Thats the point. When we report scammers with low reputation and itraders,MODs ban them but they r not doing anything for high itrader scammers.

if you have been scammed and can not get money back, just leave a negative iTrader and bad reps. at least those information will help to prevent other members to be there next victim. also dont forget o check another party history/itrader before dealing with them. better to safe than sorry. ;)

There are members here that owe me money. Should I ban them?

    Get real, kids!

It's stated as clearly as can be in the Rules/FAQ:

Send it to a collections agency if you're so concerned.
