Pay people to signup and post. The going rate per post is usually $0.10 but you can offer to pay more to get quality forum posts from people.

You can advertise your forum on Google adwords and also you can offer something for free or you can just pay them to post

This work, do it for a couple of months until you get momentum.

you no need to spend any money. You try to send private message to people who are regularly posting in similar forums. Ask them if they can post.
If they accepted it. Then you can have regular posts in ur forum. I do in the same way.

Isn't this spamming? This is wrong because you might get yourself banned on many forums but if you target the right posters, you will be successful. Don't target those with high post counts because they tend to be loyal.

Newbies. Don't as well because they might not be joining a forum for long. Who to target? It is up to you...

well i know that if its a music forum that you are going to post up on, or like a band forum, those are the easiest. You can pursuade people preaty easy to go do a few posts for you.

You could even lie to them and tell them that they will get paid for posting most people are preaty gulable on the internet. Sorry its the truth.

paying money for advertising is a bad idea because people wouldn't join and post if nothing is there and you would just be wasting money buying clicks.
