Do I have to have a registered and verified account in order to get a country ranking on Alexa? Does your site rank higher if you are a verified account? Does E-mail count as a legitimate way to "claim" your site on Alexa.... Or is it merely just a "verification" and therefore seen differently when compared to "claiming" ...because I received the email verification and I clicked the link and filled out the form and it still says that I don't have any accounts... So what's going on?
Country rank totally depends on the traffic. Majority of your overall hits should come from the targeted country.
So even if your page is not verified you can get a country ranking? And how long does it take to get an accurate ranking?
You join social blog networks and directories like BlogCatalog or Social Spark. One great resource for finding Alexa users from around the world is Blog Catalog. Locating bloggers from other countries is easy. First, Sign up for an account on blog catalog. Once logged in, visit the directory and start browsing blogs by country. Try to request as many blogroll/ link exchanged with various bloggers from other countries. Another way to drive traffic from these blogs is to ask them if you could do a guest post on their blog. This will most likely result in a increase in foreign traffic to your blog, thus increasing your alexa rank. Make sure that your post is relevant content to their blog and not just yours.........
Ranking is not depends on verification status. In get ranking in country just try to get local traffic.

Alexa is totally inaccurate for me. My google analytics states that most of my users are coming from 10 countries. On Alexa, only one of those countries is showing. How is that possible????
