How do I gain some weight? For god sake, I'm disappearing here!

    Without knowing his current eating habits, diet, daily activity there is no way to know that he has a 'great metabolism' nor would lifting weights if he's not getting enough calories in the first place put on muscle.

    Gaining muscle weight will increase his metabolism as well = even more calories needing to be consumed.

    The OP has not given near enough info to continue making wild stabs in the dark.

    Talk to a nutritionist if you're really worried about it. They also have hi calorie bars and supplements to help people gain weight.

    But whatever you do, don't start eating junk to try to beef up. All that does is harm your body. There's plenty of ways to gain good fat and muscle mass instead of trans fat and cholesterol.

    You need to eat every 2 to 3 hrs.Take 4 weight gain shakes a day. If your eating 3000 cals and still not putting weight on up your calorie intake to 4000 cals. Weight train but dont do any cardio exercise.

    Good luck with the weight gain

    Just take a nice lunch! and then sleep for 3 hours!! after that do your regular work, keep this rutine for about 2-3 months, and you will see how fat you become!:eek:

    I have the same problem. I'm not too sure about weight in Kilos etc but I somehow lost 1 stone in the last month.

    All I do is eat? I would understand if I never eat, but I am constantly eating.

    i reccomend weight shakes with a balanced diet and plenty of weight lifting to turn that fat into muscle as you go ;)

    Eggs, eggs, and more eggs. They'll help you put on weight, and with some strength training it'll be muscle weight. Nuts are also good.

    to gain weight-- following steps:
    1.have a proper sleep of minimum8 hrs
    2. put ur mind to rest
    3.,,eat plenty of salads. fruids and green vegetables
    4. avoid sweets in genral
    5. think positive
    6. have a walk on regular basis.

    1.65m 55 kilos approx

    I eat heaps.

    I like my weight though.

    Try to lay off any exercise. for awhile. just have a month rest or something. see what happens

    First of All where do you live,
    If country like us,uk-you should be ashamed of yourself!
    Go to KFC, burgerking, MCdonald's, any pizza restaurant..............

    IF I was was skinny and wanted to gain wait-that could have been a golden opportunity:D........fortunately MY BMI is 18.67....No need for gaining wait :(
