I am building a new site and I have a computer with windows vista 19" screen and my old computer 16" which I use for going over the web. but when I build the site on vista and then preview it on my old pc the logo comes up smaller than the tables which are set at 80% should be the same it shows up correct on the vista 19" screen the text is also alot smaller and the colours are very dull. I had to slice the logo into 7 parts because the file size was 500kb after slice its 6kb a slice so having the image set to 100% of the table wont work any idea's?
Thats usual problem in cross browser and monitor Resolution. In Web Design, you can use some screening javascripts for each browser and resolution. I suppost you do that. But if you just want to design the static image, thats no problem. You can zoom the image i thinks. The actual pixel wll be not change..
thanks how do I do that? I have placed an image behind it and have it span the 100% of the screen have yet to try it on the 16"
