I like using the DNS, reverse DNS and Whois tools at http://www.robtex.com
    - do a DNS inquiry on the domain name, then click on the 'graph' tab, then a reverse DNS or whois on the downstream IPs to find out where it is hosted.

If someone re-arranges or changes a word or two it is still a violation of copyright and considered a 'derivative work'.

The best & least expensive way to combat copyright is to file DMCA complaints with Google (to get them out of the search results), with Adsense (if they use it) and with their host.

    Google DMCA: http://www.google.com/dmca.html

    Adsense DMCA: http://www.google.com/adsense_dmca.html
