How do I find this wordpress theme or make a site like this?

    Hi,

    I am planning on starting a forum posting service site and I really really like this site: http://topqualitybacklinks.com/forums_profiles.htm

    How do I get this theme/script or how do I make a site very similar to this? I am not sure if its only a theme or combination of theme, script etc.

    hmmm .... Drupal. I have played around with Joomla but never knew Drupal is a decent software as well. Does anyone knows about this theme and other plug-ins that are being used in this site?
