How do i find out what people are SEARCHING for in my small town?

I moved to a small town and am wanting to know what people here are searching for.

How do i do this? Where do i go?

Please advise.

 

What do you mean? We can't really tell if what do people search for in a specific area. You should know your targeted keywords and use keyword suggestion tool to compare the search volume of a specific keywords that you want to target

 

I thought maybe there was a tool that would show this. I know there has to be a way to figure this out. I know it.

If your town is very small there may not be enough data to work with but it's worth a try.

 

Why don't you make a survey? Go to some city centre, local tavern or something. Ask them, and write it down

 

Go to the library and check the search history on all of the computers.

 

thanxs for all the tips. i think i have found some useful data. there seems to be a series of about 5 keywords that keep popping up in the related keyword search tools. i will use these for my project. thx again!

yes, that is what i have been doing. i think that is the only way to do it. (i think)

 

i believe the only way is to search for "keyword" + "town"

 

If your town is listed on Craigslist.org, you might find out by looking at the history of requests.

 

Search on google with the keywords plus your city (town) this will norrow down your search

If you have not yet tried then use the local yellow pages that will also help you with tweeking here and there with keywords related you will find what you are trying to locate you can do the same on google or any other search engine
