    Hi all,

I'm trying to figure out the value of my 4 year old site, based on back links, page rank, traffic and so on. I heard about Smartpagerank.com. So I checked it out and got a figure of the estimated value of my website.

My question is, has anybody tried using smartpagerank.com and actually sold their site for the estimated value given by smartpagerank.com?

Where should I go to have my site properly valued? Is Smartpagerank.com good enough?

Some also say that SmartPageRank.com is higher than the market price. Is that true? So how do I find out what the market price is?

    Please somebody help... Thanks....

    Dinar.

you can't rely on services like smartpagerank or seomoz, i would recommend that you hire a specialized team to do the appraisal

    cheers,

Normally a site can sell for 12-36 month revenue, all depends on how you market the site and to whom.

Your site value can be calculated from www.dnscoop.com .it uses a sepcial formula to calculate the value by refering backlinks, age, traffic etc.
