How do I find high paying keywords?

I am trying to do some research to find a good niche to build my next site on.

I want to look at good paying affiliate programs and good paying keywords with google adsense

I was just curious if there is a free program that will find out what keywords are the highest paying?

I suggest you build a site on a Niche about which you can write good content. That will be good as you will easily be adding useful content in your site.

Anyway, here is a list of high paying keywords but I am not sure how accurate this list is:

You are right, I was going to try n see if I could find a niche that interests me and has high paying keyword n affiliates. If I can find one I would be very happy.

And realize that everyone and his brother's dog's puppies are probably doing the same thing so competition could be a little stiff.

 

I am thinking anything to do with bank foreclosures, credit cards, pet supplies would be great for affiliate. People that view pet sites typically need/want to buy things for their pets and people searching debt consolidation, credit card, etc, would be interested in purchasing related products which could mean high CPA.

 

You can also create a Google AdWords account and see what the suggested bids are for different keywords. Guess and check time!

 

You should work on finding a high paying niche before looking for high paying words, you need an established site to compete with the big boys, all the "high paying" keywords are well and truly maxed out.
