How do i find forum threads/posts with high PR and dofollow

Is there any way/software to find the forums threads/posts with high PR and dofollow ? for linkbuilding purpose ? Thx

Install seoquake in your firefox browser. If you do not have firefox, install it.

Go to google.com and change the preference to show 100 results.
Now, seach following below terms:
"site:http://forumsaddress.com/showthread.php?t="

Narrow down the search and sort the search results using seoquake PR column.
There you go the way you can find high PR thread in any forums.
Now, you get it for free, maybe you can create an ebook about it too.

 

There was something about SEOquake being banned by google for too many queries.. has it been solved? I stopped from even testing it out after i read the posst about ip getting blocked etc

 

Yes, it does. The only way to continuously use this is using dynamic IP internet connection. If I'm not mistaken, it will show n/a PR for more than 20 searches.

 

I just get a list from this forum of blogs broken down by PR. ppl post them all the time. Quick and easy.
