How do I find a reliable web project collaborator?

I've been looking for a business partner / collaborator for a new Web 2.0 project I'm working on (www.metronoise.com) and I am having trouble yielding quality responses.

The site is a brilliant idea I've been sitting on for some time now and ready to pull the trigger. I'm willing to give stake in the company, of course. Are there any sites or communities dedicated to finding this type of person?

    Thanks in advance!

You need to give a little more info on exactly what it is. Then we can help you.

Well, my idea is quite simple. Actually, I have the plan written out on my Kickstarter page, if you're interested in reading more.

There are millions of people on every corner of every street with million dollar ideas. The difference between those who make it and those who don't is in action. You are not special in any way. Why would a collaborator want to do business with you? They all have hundreds of fool proof million ideas of their own but not enough time or resources to pull them through. And those who do will not hang around a webmaster board waiting for someone to post a thread that they have a solid idea.

That's a harsh reply, man. I'm just trying to get some advice here. Judging by your 1,157 posts on this forum alone, I assume you've given up on trying to make something of your own life...

I see math is not your strongest side. You have more posts per day than I do. Aside from having it in your fake name, you're truly not too sharp. Don't worry about it, though. If I wanted to be harsh, I'd destroy you in no time. I no longer find joy in devastating the self esteem of simpletons. There is no challenge in that. Intelligent people are much more fun.

And don't be surprised you are having troubles yielding quality responses. Nobody else is. Quality responses require quality requests and quality people behind them.
