Is there a way to figure out if my ad spend of $300 monthly is sufficient for my target market of home sellers online in my own local area..

How do I figure out how many estimated impressions and estimated click throughs at a $10 daily ad spend for month total of $300, what is the step by step formula to estimate for bing or google adwords traffic

I need to generate 30 leads per month. I will be using a metric of calls that I receive or a combination of optins as successful metric measure and 1 sales conversion resulting in a sale out of 30 leads

It may not be the right answer for you, but I do this by trial and error. Initially my daily budget was $50 and I ran out of it on 3 different occasions, so I increased it to $80 and I ran out again. So now, it is $120 and that keeps me afloat just fine. I average between $70 - $90.
