How Do I Figure Out Higher CPC For A Higher Biding Keyword?

    Now I would like to elaborate my query little more to make you understand about the question is this is not just simple fetching out CPC for a single keyword. There are some quick tools to get that and I am aware of it but the point is - If I do keyword research in Adword and see suggest bid is relatively high and expect higher CPC for the same then why the CPC is very low or even nil for that keyword. Theoretically, if someone paying more for a single keywords then how could be CPC for the same would be nil?

    I would really appreciate some expert suggestion on this and thanks in advance
