How do I enable email subscription for the visitors of my wordpress blog?

I am amazed to see many bloggers enabled the email subscription for their blogs. I could not find any option to enable such subscription. But I could see an option to enable the registered user to be a subscriber. How do I add form for subscribers and send them the news letters from my blog weekly?

 

Try the Jetpack plugin. But once you have started using it, it is difficult to export the data to some other plugin at a later stage.

 

Also you can try Feedburner Email Subscription it is a easy plugin in use.

 

Jetpack has limited options. The subscription window can be placed in the sidebar and there are no other control options to customize it.
