    I added custom banner to hollywood gone wild (dot) com....

    why is it not showing up properly?

    any thoughts/feedback?

    If i am not mistaken you are talking about top header banner. It's not center aligned.

    Follow these steps to solve your problem

    - Go to style.css
    - Replace background: url(images/bg.gif) no-repeat; with background: url(images/bg.gif) no-repeat top center; in body

    go to wp-content/themes/soloss/style.css and replace above code

    Wow you are quite annoying with those posts.

    Hmm I don't like how your doing that. I would make a banner and set it 100% rather then use that BG like that.

    Noe the less you need to modify style.css to make it work. your limiting the size.

    You want to stretch, but if you stretch then image may loose original charm.

    I think you should use background color

    use this background: #010609 url(images/bg.gif) no-repeat top center;

    i tried it ronak.....didnt do it....made the background of the entire site black.....i just want the head to fully stretch across top....not to repeat like it is now....

    ok dude thats easy to fix.... open photoshop and make the canvas longer and try it with the longer banner.

    that way it wont be stretched either. hope that helps.
