How Do I Edit A Post In My IPB Forum Even Tho No Edit Buttons R There?

    there is must place in admin panel to add edit or delete announcement

    Even if you do not have any options, you can do it directly from MySql (phpMyAdmin) - Don't try this if you do not have idea of what you are doing. Just refer to IPB Documentation and it will surely give you the answer.
