How do i do this?

    Hi,

    I am still new to photoshop and would like some advice. If you look at this image:
    [​IMG] You will see a blue background where it says GO All inlcusive but you can still see the picture behind it. How do i do that?

    put that blue part all in a seperate layer. set the opacity of that layer to 66%. you can also put things in a group of layers and set the opacity to 66%, everything in that group/folder will be shown at 66% transparancy.
