How do I do this?

    I have only seen this on Vbulletin forums. Here is what I have seen.

    On a few forums I have seen it say you must view 5 unique topics in order to create a thread. So every 5 topic views you can make a new topic. It resets after you have made your first topic and then you have to view another 5 threads to make another one.

    I have ipb 2.3.5. I haven't seen any modifications for this.

    Is it possible?

    I never seen this mod for IPB or even vbulletin, maybe, this is now available for vbulletin. you can check at http://www.vbulletin.org
