How do i do this on SMF????

I have a special membership called pbf asm for 10$ they get stuff that regular members don't get. Well i want every person that purchases it, to receive a gold medal and I want it placed UNDEr there post count, name, all that info so they are identified as a asm member. I know a few sites that have it, and here is a link to the admin that has it under his name and stuff, its a gold crown!

Ok, I want to make my regular members wait 25 seconds in between each post. So there is'nt spam everywhere. If they post, they need to wait 25 seconds to post again. How can I set this for my regular members on my forum???


ALSO! I have a special membergroup that pays to be a asm membership, and they get mroe things than regular members, how can I set for them so they do NOT have to wait any time to post right after another????

Like they can post and do not have to wait any time!!
