how do I do this? Can't explain in the header...

I really don't know how to explain it, nor how to do it. Basically I want this:

visit this site: http://www.maxpower.ca/free-icons/2006/03/05/
then click on the SCREENSHOT of NUOVEXT

It loads the jpg in the same page, over the page's content. How do I do that?
