How do i do this badge?

    Im look for a tutorial on how to create logo/badge like this here on the main header with the spikes around it

    For people who might want to know the answer, I'm guessing that it's one of the set shapes in Photoshop that has been made a little opaque, with a little outer glow on it?
    How do you get that effect properly? I'm intrigued now :D

    You achive that by using layer styles and Reducing the opacity

    yeah, it was a preset shape in photoshop just had to change a few settings, i never got an end result because i changed my mind half way through for a website logo, so just wasted my time really lol

    if anyone wants to know how i made the basic shape, just ask and ill post up a mini tut
