The dreaded amongst us all, I KNOW!

I just bought a script from a site and I did not receive all the files to run the site as mentioned. It actually looks like a poorly cloned script and has major errors and missing files.

How do I do a charge-back with Paypal???

You can't do a chargeback with PayPal. What you can do is open up a dispute, and you & the seller provide information for PayPal to review, after which you'll either get your money back or the dispute will be closed. If you paid via credit card, you can file a chargeback with your card company.

I'm not exactly sure how to go about the process though.

I paid with my Paypal which is linked to my Checking account. Maybe I can call my bank or something? Wow, it sucks to be ripped off!

I doubt the bank will do anything, I could be wrong though, if someone can tell otherwise please do. Your best bet now is probably filing a dispute with the seller on PayPal.
