    Upload the video to sites like youtube, yahoo video, break. Use a blaster site like tubemogul to blast the video out to several different video hosting sites.

    Upload the video to file sharing sites where people can download it.

    Put the video on file sharing programs, such as limewire, sharebear,,,, and let people download the video directly from your computer.

    Video gives you lot of traffic, but in my point of view you have to upload them manually like all other manual seo work, we have more than 120 video site list with us if you want that i will mail that, use right Titel, keywords, Tags, and after uploading them do Social bookmarking of that, you will get good result,
