how do i design a metric calculator in html?

    this past week, i have been researching how to develop a simple metric calculator with web forms......
    unfortunately, i am not the best with javascript and realize that it is a necessity for my online calculator site...
    if anyone could help, please comment?

    like howard says, you should ask this in javascript forums for a complete answer, but just to tell you the basics, you definitely will need javascript or some language besides HTML to do this. Your HTML form or input elements should have events linking to the appropriate javascript functions which can return the converted numbers. These functions, of course, you would have to write yourself, but they should not be too hard if you know the conversion rates.
