^^That is quite funny actually. Anyway on to the question, you ask how to make a mini site do you mean a blog, or an actual website? You may want to try triond or get a squido page. If you want to learn how to build a website you could use www.w3schools.com for the code, your post was a little unclear I am not sure what a minisite is.
