How do I create a tab like this in my wordpress page?

    I would like to know on how to create a tab like this within my wordpress page...Is there any plugin to do it...or do I have to add some code?

    You will probably have to code it in. It's according to where you want the tabs.

    you can place in header.php (if u want it appear in on all pages ) :)

    if u want to place in single posts then single.php u can edit and place that tab code
