How do I create a Survey(Affiliate) web site

Sorry this might sound a little stupid but i just got into this affiliate business, I also do graphics. I want to know how do create a web site like (http://www.youripodtouch4free.com/) or basically any survey/affiliate type web site. If there is any script or service please let me know.

probably you need someone to develop it for you , you can find lot of cheap labour from this forum
