How do I create a simple flash loading screen?

    I know javascript, and action script (flash). How do I combine the two so I can create a loading screen for a flash on my website?

    For example:

    Webpage Loads... Flash Loading... While flash loading so another more simple flash loops... 1st flash loaded then close 2nd (loading animation) flash

    How would I do this?
