How do I create a proxy???

    There is always a bunch of proxies for sale over on the Trade section of DP, rather than starting from scratch big up a cheap proxy and play with it. The only hurdle you have is where you host it, but once again there are people on DP who can point you in the right direction, ask where the proxy is being hosted presently, that will be a step in the right direction. :D

    Use glyph proxy script. PS it's not worth doing if you're only making one proxy. You need an entire network for decent consistant income.

    yes and no, i have a couple of proxies and get around 30K visits per day, across them, so i think key is marketing rather than quantity, but thats just my opinion thats all :)

    Most Hosting services don't allow them. Use a CGI script or something. They're free.

    You will need only server and a free template. Some templates can be found in my signature so take a look, and also if You need a reliable hosting see this list of Web hosts allowing proxies- should help You :)
