How do I create a landing page like this?

I like to create a landing page like this site: http://www.ipunplugged.com - where a site visitor will see a landing page that allow them to visit both sites.

Can anyone help??

Haven't had a thorough look into that page source.

But I guess you could create a similar landing page,
by creating an absolutely positioned <div>,
containing your own 2 links and adjust the opacity
gradually using javascript timer.
