Now a days I am trying to drive traffic to it.
But I don't know how I will able to know the actual number of reader:confused:.
Please suggest me a process or tools to count the traffic.

You can use Google Analytics or Statcounter. Both are free and easy to use.
They give you a bit of code that you put in the footer part of your blog, and you are done.

Blogspot allows you to include any JS code to your blog so you can use any JS counter (like google analytics). Just search google with query "site statistics".

It is recommended treating your blog like a stand alone and professional website which needs links and contents for promotion and optimization and then work on the anchors.
