Why do you want to contact them - regarding what? They'll only reply to you if it's regarding Adsense or Adwords. Asking why your site ranks the way it does will only be replied with the following email:

Google is well-know for not getting back to anybody by e-mail.

 

I do not think there is an e-mail for search engine support, but there is one if you aren't getting good results for some keyword.

 

try webmaster tool, and can send email to them

There are millions of webmaster sends email,
Google needs to run SE, not need to run support,
How many employee Google needs to reply each and every email, can u imagine it. So this is clear why it's not replying to any one by email.
