How do I contact google

Hi Guys

This might be a simple question, but how do I ask google a question about my site? We have change domain, done a 301 of the old one and are not getting anywhere near our old ranking back. Just want to ask google why.

Thanks Calum. But that link just put you to a maze of FAQ pages. I need to actually find a page where I can submit a question to them.

Yep Trichnosis, I'm fairly sure that google won't respond but I need to try for the benefit of my client.

Let me guess, you built links for the old site, started a new domain, 301 redirected from the old domain to the new one - and fully expected the ranking to come (fully) back?

 

lot's of phone call they are receiving a day, need to wait for so much time on call.

They will never Reply

 

if you done a 301 of the old one,then wait.if you ask they will not reply.

 

google won't know why you don't have the rankings. their algorithm places sites automatically for them. if you phone then helpline the guy on the other end isn't going to know why. even if he did he couldn't change anything for you.
