Hello, I have tried contacting Plesk support and it seems impossible. I had problems renewing my old licence which had lots of addons on it. Spam and other modules etc because of an expired card. I could not find how to activate it AT ALL, so I had to purchase a new account using Paypal. I have done so and that was about 8 weeks ago. Its now become apparant I don't have the spam package and I need to contact them. In addition I would like them to provide me with a temporary 48 key so I could migrate to another box. How can I contact them?! Their website is very difficult to find out how I can contact sales. I do not want to pay 100$ to contact support to get access I have already paid for! Any ideas?

Open a ticket.. I haven't ever had a problem contacting them. Do you have a verified license? They might not waste their time with people that don't have one. -Alf
